A year ago today I visited the Meccah of my basketball world. I've seen every damn documentary about the team and this building. It was a damn pleasure to see the Celtics beat the bulls in a close-ass game last year with @jakejohnisaiah.
Probably up there as one of the best 24hr stretches I've had.

Lateral Ankle Sprains - Late Stage Rehabilitation: Strength Training
In this video we will introduce single leg glute stability/strengthening exercises to help improve lower extremity asymmetries. We progressed our glute strengthening exercises by adding basketball specific training.
•Single Leg RDL w/Reach & Dribbling.
Place three cones around the athlete: one directly in front and the other two at 45 degrees medial & lateral to the stance leg. Begin by reaching forward, medial and lateral. To progress use a basketball to reach and dribble with one hand around each cone. To further progress add an airex pad (unstable surface) on your stance leg.
Perform 5 reps (1 repetition includes touching all three cones) on each side.
•Lateral TB walks and Monster Walks Dribbling. ◦Place band around forefoot and above the and knees. Maintain neutral lower extremity alignment by ensuring the knees are tracking with 2nd/3rd toe and toes pointing forward. While maintaining tension of the band take steps laterall while dribbling. Perform to the free throw line and back for 3 sets.
Lateral Walks: While maintaining tension of the band take steps lateral while dribbling.
Monster Walks: Maintain tension on the bands while you take steps at 45 degree angles forward and backward while dribbling.
Perform to the free throw line and back for 3 sets.
