When you keep flexibility on point along with fasted cardio vascular training, fasted weight training, some calisthenics, self love, raw vegan foodies, positivity, and CONSISTENCY, it all culminates! 1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 large red peppers
1 cup carrots
1 tbs dulse flakes
2 tbs Apple cider vinegar
Add water to desired thickness
Curry spice to taste

Another Alaskan Raw Vegan fruit stash pic! My order of 2 lbs. of black sapotes came in. If you’ve never tried black sapote before, you must! It’s known as the chocolate fudge fruit. By golly, it sure has the texture of thick fudge that’s for sure. I’ve got tons of citrus, superb grapes, “cheesy” papayas, mangoes, and red bananas. Also, cactus fruit too! Yes this ma leg🤸🏼♀️Freaking awesome bleacher workout this morning! About a half mile run over to Mackay Stadium, then did snakes up and down the length of home and visitor side 5 times! As well as running the curves of the track in between. Then did an additional 5 laps on the track, cuz idk, I like the number 5! Then a nice cool down half mile run back to my car. Did this last week with some other nurses, so they better join me next time! Too scared of the cold they were this time!❄️I had that whole dang snowy collegiate stadium TO MYSELF YALL🏟Cardio, thighs, calves and booty CHECK✔️Now off to the gym to tear apart upper body and abs! Incredibly thankful for my health and body that allows me to do what I LOVE!♥️ Especially seeing what I see at work with my patients, it motivates me way beyond aesthetics to put the absolute best inside my body and to also push it physically to see what I’m capable of! I thought I'd introduce myself a little.
I started having symptoms at age 12. By the time I was 20, I was on 15+ pharmaceuticals.
I'll be 27 in March and I've been on a journey to heal myself for 4 years now. The first three years I found everything that didn't work. Then almost exactly a year ago I found @medicalmedium
and then shortly after was led to @robertmorsend
and my trainings w/ him to become a Regenerative Detoxification Specialist and Clinical Iridologist.
What I'm healing from: (sidenote, I don't believe in "labels" but I use them only as reference for people) - fibromyalgia, severe chronic fatigue, lyme disease, gut dysbiosis, leaky gut, lupus symptoms, SIBO, adrenal fatigue, chronic migraines, depression, thyroid issues, muscle spasms/pain, anxiety, insomnia and so much more.
Simply put: I have systemic acidosis from a backed up lymphatic system that hasn't filtered out through my kidneys for years & years & years *will get into more on another post.
Fun facts: I don't have a sense of smell (no really, I smell nothing) - but I know for a fact I will smell again! I'm first generation Russian & am fluent. I have a Siberian husky named Wolf & he's my spirit animal. We're both kinda socially awkward & we both talk back & speak our opinion haha. I've also been raw vegan for a year.
I'm here to ignite a Heal-Yourself REVOLUTION! Chronic & autoimmune conditions are an EPIDEMIC. There are millions suffering so immensely, yet you would never know it because we look fine on the outside for the most part.
Those of us who have found the truth & are healing, it's our responsibility to spread that truth & scream from the rooftops: YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF -you don't have to suffer the rest of your life!

this vanilla chia seed pudding with date caramel layered through might be the best thing I’ve made in a little while!
VANILLA CHIA PUDDING:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup homemade coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut sugar
blend until smooth and then let it chill in the refrigerator while you prepare your date caramel
SMALL BATCH DATE CARAMEL:
1/3 cup deglet noor dates (soaked in warm water for 10 mins if they’re dry — you could also use medjool dates)
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp almond butter
a splash of water + a pinch of pink Himalayan salt
blend until smooth (I left it a little lumpy because it’s tough blending small batches of date caramel). I then transferred the caramel into a small metal bowl and popped it in the freezer so it could firm up. I recommend doing this!
Once everything has thickened up after cooling, layer the pudding and the caramel throughout a jar and enjoy!

1 1/2 cup (250g) frozen raspberries (measured before defrosting)
8oz (225g) chocolate chips
1/4 cup (30g) cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oat flour (*see notes for paleo option)
1/2 cup (90g) frozen raspberries

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A RAW DIET?
The first benefit is that you stop abusing your body each meal with toxic residue that it must deal with, leaving it free to cleanse and heal itself. Next, the proper raw diet eliminates constipation, and the transit time of waste matter shortens to 24 hours or less, avoiding the buildup of toxemia from the recycling of toxins from the colon. Most people on a standard diet experience transit times of 72 hours or more during which time their food ferments and putrefies. The resulting foul gas and unpleasant smelling faeces highlights the fact of fermentation and putrefaction taking place in the colon. .
IS IT HARD TO SWITCH FROM COOKED TO RAW?
Learning how to eat a raw food diet properly takes time, patience, and effort. Although there is a blueprint for doing it correctly, most people find it challenging to adopt the raw diet 100% the first time out, unless they get professional guidance. It seldom occurs overnight and, in fact, can take years to accomplish. Because our taste buds have experienced the excitement of salt, sugar and spices, we may miss those tastes initially when they are no longer part of the daily diet. However, most people find that the tradeoff for good health and longevity is worth it. Once the taste buds are no longer exposed each day to these “excitotoxins,” they once again develop an appreciation for the taste of sweet, fresh fruits and vegetables.
