Hummus & Veggie Dip recipes. Came out derrriciously satisfyingly creamy!
The recipes are simple and easy to make with a few key, easy to find ingredients. More info on the healing benefits of the key ingredients in MM "Life-Changing Foods" book.
🌻 HUMMUS DIP 🌻
4 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 cup tahini
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water
Optional: 1/8 tsp paprika
In a food processor/blender, combine the garbanzos, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin & sea salt. Process until roughly combined.
Continue processing while streaming in up to 1/2 cup of water until desired consistency is reached. If desired, served sprinkled with paprika. Enjoy! 👅

There are endless variations of hummus, many of which can be healthy choices. However some can contain poor quality oils like sunflower, vegetable and canola oils, along with additives like citric acid & preservatives... Also, beans (chickpeas) can still cause problems for some people.
As with all foods, the best way to ensure what you’re eating is truly healthy, is to make it yourself.
One of the best things about this recipe is that no cooking is required, so it can be pulled together in just a few short minutes.
2 cups of raw zucchini, peeled and chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini
Optional: red pepper flakes, sprig fresh dill, basil, or cilantro, sea salt
Optional wrap: romaine lettuce leaves, tomato, sprouts & scallions
Optional veggies: chopped cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato, bell pepper, etc
1. Blend the zucchini, garlic, cumin, lemon juice & tahini together on high until very creamy. Taste & add optional red pepper flakes, dill basil or cilantro if desired. You can also add sea salt if you like.
2. Serve with raw veggies as a dip. Alternatively, place in romaine lettuce leaves and top with tomato, sprouts & scallions for delicious wraps. 🌱
This nourish bowl is filled with quinoa with tempeh, spinach, sweet potato air fries, and lentils. I added cheeze sauce on the lentils.

I've suffered with chronic severe spinal pain, muscle spasms, migraines and insomnia since 2009.
Being young with chronic severe pain wasn't easy and the stress to perform like a normal functional person gave me severe anxiety later turning into depression.
Making it through my day is a struggle and as a single mom I have no option to accept failure.
I started taking Lava Love full spectrum CBD oil about three weeks ago. Instantly, I felt calmer, my mood was more stable and I felt like I wasn't going to start crying over little things.

Amigos ✨ hoy les voy a compartir una receta que me sorprendió mucho, yo soy muy fan de las sopas, y una de mis preferidas es una sopa de papa que hacen en mi casa que la verdad es bastante básica pero me fascinaba la dejé de comer por que aquí todo lo cocinan con caldo de 🐥 y no gracias. Entonces me di a la tarea de recrearla pero le quise agregar un par de ingredientes y la neta quedooo 🤤 sabía que iba a estar buena pero la verdad quedo mucho mejor de lo que pensé entonces aquí les van los ingredientes.
5-6 papas cambray partidas a la mitad
1 taza de chicharos
1 cucharada de pasta de tomate
1 diente de ajo buen picado
1/4 de cebolla morada buen picada
El jugo de un limon
1 lt de agua
En una cazuela pones a “acitronar” tu cebolla y ajo con agua. Una vez traslúcida la cebolla agregas tus papas y más agua de manera que las cubras y el jugo de limón dejas cocinar por alrededor de 10 min agregas el resto de agua y disuelves la pasta de tomate, agregas la paprika y dejas cocinar por otros 10 min pasado ese tiempo siente tus papas si necesitan más tiempo deja cocinar hasta que las sientas blanditas, a la par agrega el acelga y chícharos para que se termine de cocer todo (el acelga y los chícharos agrégalos unos minutos antes de que vayas a terminar de cocinar todo, por qué no queremos que se cueza de más) .

Coconut sprouts - free food everywhere on Thai islands. Its hard to find a great one (Id say 1 in 10 is good) but when you do its such a satisfying feast! Especially with beach-growing coconut palm trees the salty edge of the sea water comes up so strong in the taste of both the oil and the bread! So delicious, Im glad we were able to share good ones with both of our parents ☺️

White rice. The last time I ate rice was about 8-9 years ago. My go-to rice meal was a ton of cooked rice, 1-2 pork sausages (aka ground dead pig fat and fatty pig muscle stuffed into animal intestines) and handfuls of shredded cheese (curdled cow pus, bovine hormones, growth factor 1, bacteria, and enzymes from the intestines of newborn cow/goat/lamb aka rennet). •
Naturally I gained weight eating this meal regularly. But due to the media I incorrectly blamed the rice and banned it from my diet for years. •
If you choose to eat animal products, or a higher fat diet that is totally your choice! But all this low-carb, paleo, keto crapola that blames carbs for all of our health problems is bogus. It’s not the carbs— even if you’re diabetic. (Kempner proved this in the 1950s—he discovered that the diet that cured literally 100% of the participants’ cases of diabetes type 2 was a diet of white sugar, white rice, fruit, and 100% fruit juice-look it up). I have changed my eating habits to include more cooked and warming foods to help with my digestion and bloating. Trust me, it works! For brekky now, it’s usually oats.

“Don’t fear failing, fear being in exactly the same place in a years time.” I have spoken and worked with many people over the years and the number one reason people fail at achieving their goals and dreams is they do absolutely nothing to implement them. I hear people complain all the time about their health, fitness levels, weight, relationships, debt, wanting to travel but can’t, don’t or won’t, wanting to declutter and most importantly wanting to heal.
Nothing in life comes without hard work, planning, organisation, the ability to step outside your comfort zone and of course change.
By nature human beings are creatures of habit, they live ‘Groundhog lives’ (the same day over and over.) Then they wonder why nothing they want to happen, ever happens.
You need to do more than think it! You need to do more than have the dream and talk about it! You need to put action in place to take the steps to make the changes required in order to be successful!
We all have two choices in life, to stay in one place and sit on the sidelines and watch life pass you by or to move around and actually play the game!

Nice Pad Thai (that tasted more like a diff type of stir fry noodle dish) last night with the crew 👅

▪️Соевое мясо - 1 упаковка
▪️Морковь 2 шт. - нарезать соломкой
▪️Лук 2 шт. - нарезать полукольцами
▪️Рис круглозерный упаковка
▪️Чеснок - 1 головка
▪️Масло растительное - 3 ст.л
▪️Майонез веганский упаковка
▪️Специи: соль, соевый соус, хмели-сунели, перец, куркума - по вкусу
▶️Приготовить мясо как указано на упаковке ( в овощном бульоне со специями варить 10 мин под крышкой, откинуть на дуршлаг)
▶️В глубокую сковороду помещаем мясо для обжарки, жарим 5 мин, добавляем лук, морковь и масло - обжариваем 5 мин, добавляем специи, чеснок зубчиками, рис, майонез - все перемешиваем и жарим 10 мин помешивая
▶️Далее добавляем воду, чтоб рис был под ней на 2 см, перемешиваем, убавляем жар как для тушения, накрываем крышкой и тушим 25мин. Выключаем плиту. Перемешиваем и даем настояться под крышкой 10 мин. Подавать с зеленью и овощами

‘Life is not about what I’ve done, what I should have done, what I could have done...it’s about what I can do and will do.’ 🌈🍓🍌🍉🐝💕 It was my second night in Ho Chi Minh last night and I did everything within my power to ensure I ate right!!! 🥗 When you’re living in a small hotel room and you haven’t got access to all the tools you usually have in a home environment you have to think ahead. One of the best restaurants in Ho Chi Minh is Healthy Farm, they have a huge salad bar and for just over $1 you can fill a plate, I bought 2 platefuls and poured it into a bowl! 💜 The number 1 thing I hate about travelling is not eating in my own surroundings and not making my own meals! 😢 However when you can find a place that serves food like this, it’s an added bonus. Yesterday I ate bananas ALL day! I also ate an avocado for a snack and then this huge salad. 🥗 Yes I do congratulate myself when travelling and I pull the day off. 😍 I am prepared to walk to the end of the earth in order to be allergy free, vegan and healthy, sometimes I get lucky and there’s a salad bar down the road. 🌸
