All my life I’ve been dealing with really severe eczema and recently I’ve tried to cut out dairy from my diet which seems to have a positive effect! I would love to hear from you if you have any experience with skin and dairy products. This morning I had homemade soy yogurt, crunchy granola and fresh figs 🍂👌🏻😋☕️🍃
